### Ancient Rifts Processing

The player can process raw Rifts on any crafting station that is linked to an Artifact of any rarity.

Processing Rifts will use the same slot as for crafting collectible items, increasing their rarity or charging them.

To get a refined shard, the player needs to spend raw shards, [Gems](/game/economy-overview/gems.md), and tokens.

Rifts processing takes time and can be skipped using [Gems](/game/economy-overview/gems.md).
