# How to become a WorldShards’ Ambassador

We’re excited to welcome new faces to our Ambassador team!

To begin, make sure your account has passed [the Know Your Customer (KYC)](/partnership/how-to-become-a-worldshards-ambassador/the-know-your-customer-kyc-process.md) process and Two-factor authentication (2FA) on Open Loot (<https://openloot.com/account/profile>).&#x20;

## Requirements to become an ambassador

You need to be eligible for at least one of the following:

* #### 1000+ followers on X
* #### 500+ followers on Twitch
* #### 250+ followers on TikTok or YouTube

## Apply for Ambassador Status

Go to the following link and apply for ambassador status on Open Loot:

<https://openloot.com/ambassador>. You’ll need to wait for your application to be approved, after which you will receive your creator code.

1. You will be granted the access to the Ambassador Dashboard on Open Loot, where you will find:\
   \- Your Creator Code\
   \- Your Ambassador Link

2. Get Familiar with the WorldShards' PlayVite Campaign

3. In the Commissions and Players tabs, you’ll have access to statistics, including the number of people you’ve referred.

4. Log in to the Adventure Board with Social Media Quests at[ https://quests.worldshards.online/](https://quests.worldshards.online/). This step is necessary so you can use the features developed specifically for ambassadors.

5. Fill out this form after receiving your creator code and registering on the Adventure Board to get access to the WorldShards Ambassador portal:[ https://forms.gle/uW1rkLJvsxTPwQde8](https://forms.gle/uW1rkLJvsxTPwQde8).\

   **IMPORTANT:** Ensure all information is accurate, as this will significantly speed up the review process.
6. Wait for your application approval

After this, you’ll receive all the necessary access.

Please note that issues related to Open Loot, such as waiting for program acceptance or problems with linking your creator account, are managed exclusively by Open Loot. We aim to assist with these issues as much as possible.

## Ambassador dashboard

Once you've completed all the steps in the "How to become a WorldShards’ Ambassador" guide, you'll be able to access your Ambassador profile.

Let’s take a closer look at the process:

1. To start working with your ambassador profile, you’ll need to enter the Creator Code you received from Open Loot.
2. Make sure your keys are available. This usually takes no more than a day to process.
3. Once your codes appear on your profile page, you can generate links that give trial access to the game.

* Click "Generate" and enter how many codes you want to be available through the link. The codes will grant access to the game for either 24 or 72 hours, with the time limit being randomly assigned.

4. Number of links with active codes.

* Your link is now ready to be shared!

4.1. Copy the link and send it to your audience.

4.2. If the link is no longer relevant, simply deactivate it.

5. You can also create your own tasks that will be available through the link you’re using to distribute codes. Creating a task is easy—just fill in the fields and click +add.&#x20;

**Important**: only Twitter links are accepted in the "link" field.

6. Your ambassador task is ready.

## Steps for Ambassador Link Recipients

1. Open the link you got from the ambassador
2. Complete all the tasks.
3. Once you finish, click “Get the code”

1. You'll receive a code. Make sure to activate it within 4 hours

## How to Use the New Raffle System (Ambassador Board Edition)

1. Send a message to our Influence Manager, Denis, with your Adventure Board Handle

3\. Go to your Adventure Board and generate your raffle link (Name of the link is just for you)

4\. Copy this raffle link and use it in your giveaway promotion (Twitter, stream, Discord, etc.).

5. Participants who want to enter your giveaway must complete two simple tasks.

Once they do it for the first time, their OpenLoot account gets permanently attributed to you as their ambassador in our system — even if they do giveaways from other streams in future weeks.

6\. After your giveaway ends, just send the list of winners to Denis, and you're done!
